bought a vcc and entered it in, but not asking for 4 digit pin?

Hi

i bought a american pre paid card a VCC , upon opening the account, it asks me to link my card which i did, but when i logged in after 2-3 days..

the card is still there, but it doesn't give any place or link to enter a 4 digit code .

Am I missing something?

From all recent reports it looks like paypal has done away with the sort of linking. The whole expuse 4 digit ode seems to be a thing of the past at this point.
