No Hold Paypal Limited, Now Has Hold, Will it be lifted?
 

Okay so I had a paypal that recieved a non ebay payment,

The payment did not get held as my paypal is aged and ssn verified and everything

however, the paypal did get limited,

I refunded the customer, and told them I have to fix the issue, and wont be able to send them the item until a week or so, THe customer said they were willing to wait, and resent the payment, however, the payment held this time

My question is, even after I send it my documents and stuff and unlimited the account, will paypal still hold money? I know pp can be random, but anyone have a similar situation?

There is no way to telling for sure.

Even if the item and your documents is 100% legit, and the possibility exists that PayPal will per limit the account. There are just some types of activity (sales) that PayPal doesn't like.

What type of item (category) and dollar amount was this sale for?
