ING Account Closed

My ING account was closed and they say that in order to get my money from them, I must contact Ebay since money was put into my several acounts with them using several names. Of curse they know that I cannot. Does this mean that they have contacted Paypal and have compromised my paypal accounts?:tears:

Why contact ebay? the matter is between the bank and paypal. for the past 13 months (at least) there have been reported problems with ING & paypal. Is it ebay or paypal? What exactly did the letter say.
