Using Balance
I have read everything and know the reason you cannot use balance, BUT I had to turn in a ssn on one of my accounts (used wifes) and now shouldn't I be able to use balance on purchases? When I go to preferred payment there is no option to use balance, where do I find that. |

you have to open a Paypal cash account,yes,SSN is required to do so.
just curious,the one with y our wife SSN,is the Paypal account in her name? |

you go into your account and it should take you to open a cash account,I did ,dont recall the exact steps?
But I always have my SSN entered ,it is just a matter of opening a cash account so I CAN USE IT TO Buy and send payment |

what part of LA are you in?
How is the French Qtr?is it any different from pre Katrina days?
St Charles Ave,the street car,Riverwalk .cant recall the place across from French Qtr,the movie No Mercy features Kim Bassinger dancing in a club?
and that famous coffee house where they serve New Orleans coffee and beignets?
