Multiple Paypal on same ID

Hello Forum!

After reading the greatest book of all time...StealthBook

I just got a simple question:

Will Paypal notice if I use the same ID to verify paypals from two different countries?

(keeping separeted cookies, different IPs and so on...)

I can't answer this question - assume yes - is it that much of a hardship to use another address and simply forward it to your main?
