Do you need a new Mac Address for new accounts? HELP

As title says, do you need a new one in creation of a new stealth account? and while you are logged in does the mac address have to be consistent with one it was created in? I am using technitium mac address changer to do this.

Or does changing mac address get detected and flagged by paypal?

No web service can see your MAC address. Period.

Forget the mac address detection for now - it's a myth
