Unverified Paypal Business Acct Can't Buy Shipping Now.
 

I've been unverified on Paypal since the last TOS update. I've been able to still buy shipping on Paypal. Today when I tried to buy shipping through Paypal is said "Your payment for shipping cannot be processed because it exceeds your available balance. (My balance has plenty in it). Please add a credit card or bank to your account for completing this label purchase. ERRORCODE-50023". I have a bank account on file. And my Vanilla Mastercard Prepaid card on file doesn't expire until 2023. I don't get it.

Never mind. Paypal shipping worked for me today. They must have been reading my credit card first when I actually had my bank account first so their error. That's what happens sometimes when you do things late at night and sites are making changes I guess.

I am having this same EXACT problem. I have bank account and prepaid visa. Prepaid visa is my preferred payment. What did you change to make it work?

I believe I'm still having this problem because I have a vanilla gc on file as my credit card. I think they are flagging all vanilla gc people now and we can't withdraw on the summary page either now. I think if I put a valid credit card it will make everything right again but not sure. I just need to buy one on here. Anybody recommend a seller who has the best vcc for paypal.

Well all of my accts for months have NOT let me pay shipping with paypal balance, unless I provide SSN and picture ID.
