PayPal Verification Help
 

I created an ID and submitted to paypal, they accepted it, but I have not had luck verifying it or adding a bank account.

I have tried adding a VCC from Blur, with no luck, they only limited my account and I had to call to get them to remove the limitation.

I have a new bank account (in my own, banned name and address.)

Do you think I can plug this into paypal? If not, do you recommend a VBA I can use which would be accepted instead?
I was making a living off ebay and would really like to get back onto selling on it.

I've read through a ton of posts here but would appreciate a current solution anyone has.
