Have you tried a different browser or use a phone instead of a pc?

What IP solution are you using?

Is the VCC expired? Some here have had some success changing or adding a new VCC.

The only other thing you can do it wait some time and try a smaller amount.

Got mine through.

Anyone having this problem, go to the money tab and withdraw from there. Withdrawal fee isn't calculating properly if you try to withdraw from the summary page, which is causing the error (even if the fee is supposed to be $0 right now, it shows as a blank space if you go to withdraw from summary page)

This just worked for me. I just tried this morning from the summary page and it didn't work. Then I tried your method from the Money page and it accepted the transfer. I was worried as I also received an email from ebay saying a refund was rejected or some such from Paypal, but I haven't looked into that. My ebay fees were successfully auto funded from PP this morning also. Keeping my fingers crossed the xfer goes through.

I called PP and they said withdrawing from the summary didn't even register in their system that I tried to withdraw.

Which means it's a system glitch on their end.

Yes I have had the same issue several times over the past few days. Have tried all methods to cash out, and not one has gone through. Really starting to piss me off. So tired of PayPal doing whatever the F they want. Had absolutely no problem moving funds to pay for my sellers fees tho 🤪

It is best to wait 48 hours before trying to pay again.

It's not even registering as a withdrawal attempt. You get an error message right after you enter the amount, before you select a bank to transfer to.

It's safe to go into the money tab and withdraw there right after it fails on the summary page, if you're having this particular problem.

It sure was scary for a while there though.

I've managed to add a bank account, 180 days have passed since limitation, some acounts I'm able to withdraw one payment, then when I try again I recieve the error. Other accounts I cant withdraw even a small amount.

Hey, your problem is different than the thread subject.
This thread is simply for people that have trouble withdrawing period.

I suggest opening a new thread with your specific issue.

I keep getting the "something's not right" on the summary page too and then when I go to money it has the captiva but gets stuck before I can fill the boxes so I refresh and then it says I have to prove my identity if I want to add paypal funds. I thought I was done getting these. I've never ever clicked on the "we need more information link". I always click not now for two years now. Paypal just added a drop box on the summary page to choose instant transfer/standard/check and I was hoping the glitch was caused by that since it looks like it still has bugs....the last option of receiving a check is superimposed over other letters and doesn't have the clean look that a new add on without bugs has. I used the money option, as suggested, last night after getting my first "somethings not right" and it worked fine. Today, not so much. I thought if we didn't want to prove identity with our business account and just receive and withdraw they would stop hounding us to confirm but it looks like another wave of hounding now.

I was able to withdraw. After that I decided to withdraw again to see what happened...it still says somethings not right on summary page so I go to Money and the captiva page worked this time and I didn't have to refresh the page. I'll never click the "you need to confirm info" page". I only saw that once now since the summary page doesn't work the last two days for me and chose "not Now" as usual. I'm worried that the summary page glitch is not going to get fixed. If it wasn't for this site I wouldn't have known about the Money option or thought of it anyway and would have panicked thinking I was done.

I went to withdraw from the Money tab again and noticed on another window that After I withdraw, the captiva comes up so you don't even need to stick around to verify as the withdrawal has already gone through.

My account is not limited and fully verified. What the f is going on?

@supernova, how much are you trying to withdraw? How soon did the money come into the account?

Supernova....so you tried the Money tab on top too and still getting the message. If you are fully verified can you call into Paypal and ask when they are going to fix this and report back here?

You'll have to find the money tab to fix the problem, most likely. It's one of the options at the top of your home page. It's where your attached banks and cards show.

Is anyone worried that the summary page is still not able to withdraw money? I am also having trouble buying shipping the last week too when I wasn't before. I am wondering if my vanilla gc in place of a cc is causing all of this. What cc is everyone else using that is having this problem.

I'm not worried. They're messing around with the summary page like they always do. They aren't going to tank their own site. I noticed today at the top right of the summary page there's another link to withdrawal, but it's promoting instant transfers so that's the only option that shows.

Worst case scenario : they're phasing out free withdrawals
