Want to use VBA or VCC to start buying from sites
 

Hi,

I am using a stealth US Paypal for around 2 years now. I had attached VBA in it and it was working fine. I use it for small transactions like $5, $10 to pay for hosting, domain etc. I have also used it on Microsoft's website to pay for XBox Game Pass as well as on Facebook to pay for ads.

When paying using Paypal I always used that option where it said to use balance instead of taking money from bank account. But one day I didn't pay attention and I think selected bank account which off course is just VBA so transaction declined and Paypal removed that VBA. After that I am unable to pay it on any site because Paypal is asking me to attached bank account or credit card. Although I can still transfer balance to another Paypal account but as far as buying from sites, it is not working.

Then one day I bought another VBA as mentioned in this thread but kept getting error "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now.":

I am not sure it was due to that particular bank or something wrong with my account.

Anyway I want to buy VBA or VCC for this purpose (so that I can buy from websites using Paypal) so I was wondering if I buy it from here, is it guaranteed to work 100%?

I always keep less than $50 in my account and don't care about transferring money from Paypal to bank account. I just need to make sure that any bank account or card I attach will make my Paypal account work like before.

For VCC go to the marketplace in the forum.

If you get a PM from someone trying to sell you something, let me know.
I don't want you to get scammed.

Yeah I noticed today that no one is offering VBA although I remember (not sure) I saw one or two threads selling them before.

So I guess VCC will also work in my case, correct? That is I will be able to buy from sites which allow money to be deducted from balance. Because I came across some sites that do not allow that and they insist on getting money from your bank account or credit card which is attached to Paypal so I am fine in this case.

My only use case is to buy from Paypal funds if that site allows.
