paypal error message when creating new account...

Just tried to create a new paypal account but got "an error has occurred".

Created a new windows user with new ip address, then made a new gmail and put in a false address that would have same zip code as my new card's zip code. Tried hitting next but they hit me with that.

What the heck did i do wrong? I could use some help.

What's your IP source?

False address with same zip code - the address legitly exists though?

No, the address i tried putting in doesn't actually exist, like 4 numbers then a name of street that doesn't exist. Only zip code was real. Is that what I did wrong?

I felt like the problem with using real but random addresses is that a limited paypal might have been flagged with one, didn't wanna risk it. what do i do mannnnn
