Paypal 180 days limitation & subscription service

Hi,

I usually use one of my paypal accounts to pay for subscription services (these services usually bill me once a month).

One day, the account became limited for 180 days. Can subscription services still take money out from my limited paypal account or do I have to cancel them manually?
