PayPal hold on virtual good
 

I have money on hold on PayPal but are still on hold on PayPal. If it is due to a 21 day hold is there anything I can do because I know they require a tracking number for that 21 day hold but I don't have one because the items I sold were digital. Does that basically leave me waiting out the 21 days?

if you have sold them on Ebay,it could be Ebay hold,if so,call Ebay.
ask your buyers to leave positive feedback.
If not Ebay hold but Paypal hold,you could be waiting 21 days.
Some sellers will still send a card with tracking ,cost is 2.86?

Yeah, I had called eBay the day before and they manually released that's how I know it's on PayPal's end unfortunately. I guess I could send a card or something but really wanted to avoid having to ship things.

If I mark it as shipped on PayPal is it the same scenario as it is on eBay where it will get released 7 days after expected delivery date?

it should show up as shipped on EBAY,please check.
usually 3 days after tracking shows delivered,but with no tracking,longer
