I found extremely difficult to maintain sales on brand new eBay account...:doh:..If I use brand new phone with new IP everything can I link the stealth PayPal to my old eBay without getting trouble....

same issue bro, paypal is limiting my account so that I cannot transfer money to bank, soon cannot receive money. Basically say hey, im going to steal your money to generate interest.

So My thought is to open a stealth paypal and have it run for few weeks before I get an EIN. I heard Canada Paypal doesn't require SSN. Can I make a Canadian paypal and link to a US Ebay?
