Now I am waiting for the EIN to arrive in a week, will ebay just shut my account down and hold funds for 180 days if I don't give them a SSN?

Also, has anyone successfully use EIN to have a working paypal? I heard they also require ITIN or SSN now.

Should I make a new business paypal or upgrade the current one to a business paypal?

PS: currently I can not receive funds from ebay no more.

if anyone is pro at this, please send help this way, you can also PM me.
I am also looking to maybe link a new paypal (or aged) to my ebay account because ebay account is fine.

Anyone is selling aged paypal and had success doing that?

Some people have reported success with linking new pp to old eb account eventhough the link will exist. You never know when the new pp will go down though.

Speak to sellers in marketplace for aged pp

What do you mean your EIN arrives in a week? It tales 5 minutes to create one

I remember at one time Paypal put restriction and was asking me to upload SSN but after some time the restriction was removed. I don't know how but I stopped using Paypal for 2, 3 weeks and then when I logged in I found out that it is working now.
I don't sell any thing through Paypal though.

He is selling ,so SSN is needed if Paypal has to send 1099k.
Also without SSN ,he cant use the fund to buy or send payment

Yes it is still working and valid. I received payment from someone a few days ago.

if you dont sell,then PAYPAL does not need your SSN,

just get an EIN number ,you can get one by calling the irs it would only take like 10 mins to do it

Aren't we all here because we sell things on ebay and Paypal?

After probably about $1,00 in sales through my website, Paypal is now requiring a SSN or EIN for me to withdraw my money.

Is creating Paypal accounts without SSN or EINs not viable anymore?

At this rate I would have to create a new bank account every week in order to create new Paypal accounts. That doesn't seem like a viable solution to me.

Does anybody have a solution to this?

some dont sell,they just use Paypal to send money,like parents to kids,or adult children to retired parents,tenant to landlord ,payroll checks.
For overseas payment,it is cheaper than bank wire transfer

It certainly is still viable to create PP without being asked for SSN.
THey usually ask this when you are a seller and you got flagged for something.

My sales are not even close to the amount op says seller stores sell and received invite. My monthly limit is only 7500.00 right now.
