PayPal is NOT limited, but I can't withdraw?

Hello, I have a PayPal with about 10k sitting on it, 8k cleared, 2k still pending from ebay. The account has already gone through standard identity verification limitations multiple times (upload id, invoices, social card, tracking, etc), and when I've spoken to representatives they said that I should be able to pull money, but I can't. I've been told it's their security system flagging my withdraws and they've suggested trying to take a check. So I agreed, and they couldn't even cut the check. So now I'm back to square one again, wtf do I do with this account how do I get my money

When you tried to withdraw what was the error sign?

Sorry we aren't able to process your request right now please try again later

Also, tried it from the money page and not summary like someone else suggested in another thread and got this:

Sorry, something’s not right. Please try again later.

I had the same thing on a limited acct after 180 days, 3 weeks later I logged on and the transfer to bank went right through.

Yeah I was thinking if I sat with my thumbs in my ass for long enough it would clear up. Just wanted to know if there's a commonly (or uncommonly) known solution. Cause that was my next step, just wait and see.

Well, myself while waiting, did nothing with my thumb

Most of the chances your account IS limited. I see this from time to time and today found myself in exactly the same situation.
Go to "help" tab, in search type in "resolution center", open it and take a look. From time to time happens that PP does not send any email and no notifications and no errors, but somewhy you can not do anything and after checking it there- boom, turns out it been limited all time but it just does not informs you :D

Thanks for the tip. I went to the resolution center but did not see anything in regards to a account limitation. No cases open either.

Is that a stealth account ? I don't know how you guys find the courage to keep such large balances in a account with made up details. Don't you have bills to pay ?

If you do this right, you shouldn't have any bills to pay... I could pay 10 yrs of bills off my YTD. $10k in paypal is $3k in products. Takes a couple of weeks per account.

As to the stealth, the way I manage my PayPal accounts is a little different then the promoted way on this forums. It is my information, that I can verify, so I'm never worried about losing the money, it would just be a 180 day wait.

Re: PayPal is NOT limited, but I can't withdraw?

Have you made any withdrawals before on this account? Any chance it's a problematic bank account causing the problem?

Are you trying to withdraw a large chunk of the available balance at once? If so I'd think that would be a red flag to them since your account is still new enough to have eBay holds.

Those are the only two possible issues I can think of.

No withdraws yet. It isn't a problem with the bank, because the error happens before I can even click through the dollar amounts. It never goes to process. Also I can't have a check cut, so if it was just the bank, the check should work.

I've tried to take small amounts to no success.

It doesn't sound like it's that "withdraw" glitch we ran into earlier this week, don't you think? THe one where their system doesn't even register you trying to withdraw.

I think this is a new bank issue.

I have this same problem, but my account is limited. The 180 days are well past, but I still can't withdraw.

I just can't believe you did 10k in sales and never withdraw anything until now? That is just plain stupid.

Well most of the money was over like 4 days, so there was no time to withdraw.

No, I attempted that solution. Didn't work, saw that thread earlier.

It is not a new bank issue, because

1. I've had the same bank on there since the accounts inception,
2. I've added a secondary bank account to try to see if it would accept that
3. I've tried to withdraw a CHECK, and cashout through walmart, neither of which would process, giving me the same error to try again later.

Re: PayPal is NOT limited, but I can't withdraw?

You said 8k cleared and 2k pending.
Are they all from Ebay sales/around the same time, from the same buyer?or same buyer with different Ebay IDs?
Are they high risk items?
Sometimes it could be your buyer .
no problem with your bank account?has it been linked elsewher?

Having this same problem, PayPal customer service just gives the same BS advice: "Wait 24-48 hours before trying again".

They have no problem taking our money then locking it up

Had a similar issue on a UK account was using a static IP. But once I changed to mobile I was able to withdraw somehow.

I think this is a new bank issue.

It really does sound like a variation of the same issue. Except in this case, the workaround isn't working either.

If you want OP, I can send you a link to the working withdrawal page my accounts have been using. To me it sounds like the withdraw flow is broken on both your summary and money pages. You might be successful if you were to forcibly revert to an older withdrawal page.

I did the money work around on one account and I managed to transfer mine then it got stuck in the "Captcha" page, had to reload. And the transfer is done.

I'm not sure now that it's a glitch, I think PP is changing something

Re: PayPal is NOT limited, but I can't withdraw?

Paypal must be changing things. I am well past 180 days and no email to withdraw my money.

I can't withdraw.

I called and asked, they said I had to wait for the email but gave no other info. WTF....

Re: PayPal is NOT limited, but I can't withdraw?

Just wondering, were you limited due to counterfeit issues? Or was it something else?

Re: PayPal is NOT limited, but I can't withdraw?

UPDATE:

I bypassed the initial error, and now it lets me go to withdraw, choose the amount I want and the bank, confirm it, but once I go all the way through, it says "sorry this isn't working right now." Also, on my homepage, I can see the dollar amount I tried to withdraw, but instead of saying pending or complete, it says "Denied."

Thoughts?

Used a separate bank , was able to get a VERY small amount withdrawn, and it went to a 3 day pending status lol.
