New VCC is added to different PP account

Hi. Bought new VCC and tried to add to PP account, but it was declined and PP says it's added to another account.

Can it trigger account limitation?

Never had this situation before..

Ogh yea, it already trigered for sure. Now it is a matter of days when both thous accounts will go down and this is most of the chances gonna be when some new money received.
