"Add debit or credit card" request
 

When I try to buy something on eBay via PayPal I get this notice and cannot go through this.
I already have a card, besides I have used it and have bought stuff before...
I checked my paypal - it's ok. The card is linked.
I add it again and nothing - the same request. What is it?

WHAT are you trying to use?Paypal fund,bank fund or a card
You are in Russia,may be Paypal is having problem accessing your cc gateway?

Seen this on some accounts. Its their bugs. Sometimes used to work checking out as a guest while loged in to another country ebay. If you are registered on .com, then try log in to .co.uk or .de for example and on check out chose payment with a credit card.
Or log out from ebay at all, clear cash and cookies, then as i remember somewhere appers option to check out as a guest.
Used to work ok some time ago.

I dont mean who sold you the card,I mean who issued the card?
It is usually a bank.
The card numbers will tell you whether it is MC.VISA.AMEX.Discover,then followed by the issuer,last digit is a check code
