Forcing Paypal drivers license verification

I know the common wisdom is to wait 7 days to avoid a flag on your "new" stealth account & to sell < 1k initially

but if you did this, and forced paypal to flag, you and you beat the flag with your super duper photoshoop skills, is that a good thing because after wards they wont bug you again and you can sell with impunity?
