Hello

I lost recently 3 paypal accounts they got limited without a clear reason

I use nordVPN

same machine but different windows users

Sending to mostly same people

This is the common thing between the 3 accounts

Why do u think they limited them and how to avoid this in the fourth

NordVPN is a very likely reason.
And the common type of activity is a definite link as well.

Nordvpn is abused by a lot and they aren't really set up for stealth.

Because you never did any preparations for a good stealth setup. Modern browsers share a lot, like canvasID, your local ip via WebRTC, certain webgl values... also your selling patterns are identical across your accounts... easy link.
