Do you HAVE to add a bank account to PayPal?
 

I have a few PayPal accounts that I haven’t added bank accounts to yet. I have just been using debit card withdrawals for about 3 months. Do I run any risk if I don’t ever add a bank account? Maybe I’m limited on how much money I can withdraw but will PayPal close the account or limit it because there isn’t a bank account attached?

It's better to have a bank account attached, and a VCC yes.

if he has debit card issued by his bank,it is just like linking his bank account except he has to pay a fee when he transfers his Paypal fund .
am I missing something?
