I seriously doubt it. No single rep has the ability to circumvent company wide policies. They're a bureaucracy with layers and layers of approval required for that kind of thing.

It would be cool though.

Who says his friend is a customer service rep. Maybe he is in the back office somewhere.

I personally know a couple people that are employed with both PayPal and eBay at the San Jose, CA HQ.

You can be sure even insiders won't risk their jobs for helping with such issues. Everything internally is well monitored, and tracked. Secrecy is even tighter than many banks. Changes are usually requested by opening a "ticket" or "change request" and another department implements the actual changes with that request. No one person can "lift" your limitation without going through that process.

He is just assuming your friend is also in India.

PayPal is a huge company. In which PayPal dept. and country does your friend work? Is s/he in the back office or front office (customer care etc.)? Is s/he a supervisor, CSR, limitations reviewer etc.? PM me with your contact details and more info please.

Does someone here know where I can buy 100 items/$5000 accounts for eBay and PayPal? I checked stealthaccts.com. Even though the accounts they are selling might be good but they're a tad expensive for me (1000/$25K) and I don't really do $25K in sales a month, so I don't need such high-limits premium accounts. I just need lower limit accounts and with docs (for Paypal verification). Anybody knows where I can get them? Thanks!
