Thoughts on Paypal "Unblockers/Hackers/Moneyadders" ?

I had an account banned with 180 days hold placed on $3000.

I came across some guys that say they can unblock and withdraw my witheld funds from paypal just by providing them my paypal email address and paying $200 for the service.

Has anyone used individuals like this? If so, have you had success?

Want to find out if it is a common scam or if there is some real method of withdrawing the witheld funds.

It's a well kept secret what they do, only a few of us know the answer. I'll let you in on a little secret about how they do it. How it works is like this...

You send them £200, then they dissappear.

Well theres always the option that they actually do know how to get the money out.
Then they take the $200 and get the work done and get the $3,000 - and THEN disappear.

Wasn't via the forum no, i found a small community via Youtube and Instagram that claim they can hack paypals to get the funds
