Funds now

Is there a threshold .. age of account, number of transactions / value of transactions to 'earn funds now'? Some of my accounts have it some don't just trying to figure out how to speed up the other accounts getting it too?

it is up to Paypal.
Most important is trouble free-no dispute,no chargeback,no reversal,no NSF,also do not withdraw the minute you receive payment
