I can't login PAYPAL

I am pretty sure the email and password are correct. I have contacted PAYPAL at the end of July and asked when I can withdraw the balance. They told my my account was limited on 4th APRIL and I have to wait 180 days. The balance is over 1900 euros. Yesterday and today I was trying to login my account (all accounts I have backups, so that mean I have 2 excels saved, one in my laptop and another in my Disk. So I don';t think I put the wrong email or password).

I tried to give a call to PAYPAL, but the linked mobile number is not working anymore.

Why PAYPAL stopped me to login? Any same experience?

Never known them to stop a log in. I would just try to reset your password personally.

Maybe they count you like hacker or other sort cybercrime. If you have access to PP email, you can try to call them and ask WTF, but I am pretty sure than they will ask you about ID, and maybe some other docs.

Check the email, a few of my accounts have had the password reset randomly for "security" reasons, which I think is absurd.
