hello
i verified paypal sweden with credit card to add my ebay account
going to list item take this error said (Email address cannot be used for PayPal payments at this time) wondering what the problem is
also add cc to pay ebay fee .where error came from??

So you already created the paypal account using the email and now paypal is saying you can't use the email?

i creat seller account add paypal to account and phone verification in last step to up auction got that message

Its because ebay has a glitch with paypal attaching to your account.

You can call them but i think there is no point ! Lets wait till they resolve problem.
Im pretty sure cos this is related with that glitch.

But no one from experienced members will tell you what to do. You can simply talk about **** here, but if you have some specific problem no one will tell you anything. Sad, but thats is true :(

Looks like soft limitation. Do you have real sweden phone number for PP?

could it be that Ebay wants a paypal account which has a bank account linked,cc is not good enough??
