Upgrading to a business account, Is this a glitch?
 

I went through all the usual crap. I have my EIN. I used the last 4 of it as a social. It didn't ask me for my EIN when I upgraded. It let me make a deposit without it. It had been on hold until the requested information was put in. Then after the deposit I got the same request to verify the social or ITIN. :noidea: Is the ITIN the same as the EIN? I just ordered inventory for this account. It's giving me a stomach ache.

last 4 digits of EIN is not your SSN,and cannot be used in lieu of SSN.
you use ITIN if you dont have SSN
