Why paypal only take money from my credit card not my bank?
 

I am trying to use paypal to pay for my shipping labels, but it will only take money from my credit card. My card is a foreign card and has transaction fee. I prefer to pay with my bank. But since last week, it seems that option is blocked.
I contacted the customer service, the person said, sorry, we cannot fix it. It's the system blocked it.
Anyone knows how to fix it??? Why over the sudden, bank is not working any more.

Could be an issue with the bank itself.
Paypal's system can be glitchy at times so this issue can correct itself over time.
One last thing - have you set the bank account as your default method of payment? I assume you did but just make sure that's done.

Make sure that the default payment method is bank.
See if that works for you.

If not, there;s always 3rd party shipper that you can use like endicia.

Happened to me a few times, they actually overdrafted my account. If they would have . charged my card it would have been fine. I called them and they didn't care.

I called paypal, they said, it's their system that refused to take money from the bank. ONLy will take from the card, even i set up my bank as the default payment method
I had to make labels from stamps.com now... not sure why they are doing this.
they do not care.

what is your bank?
Paypall does not do business with every bank

Paypal does not do business with internet only bank,also if it has problem in the past with your bank account,it would like the rep said block that bank account or even remove it.
