What problems I can expect with PP?
For example I have US ssn verified PP account and also verified with VBA to which I can't withdraw money and also can add VCC verification, phone number on account is GV number. I will establish cookies for this account and start use it to sell on Ebay, PC/browser configuration will be always same, IP maybe sometimes will changes but only within state of registration of this account. After I got some sales which pass 21 days hold I will try to withdraw money. will I have problem with buying items on Ebay, if I will buy some items from the non US seller on Ebay will I have problems with send money to this seller later outside Ebay invoice payment ? Will I have sms confirmation issue if IP will changes to another one but within my state or I decide to send money to some US seller? |
