Add new PayPal to same eBay store. Possible?

So now I have non stealth eBay and PayPal account, both running perfectly fine no limitation and fully verified. However, I wanted to use a stealth PayPal for the eBay, I know that every eBay store has ID that PayPal would be able to track, but the PayPal associated with the eBay store was never limited. So would I get my self into trouble by start using a different PayPal account to my eBay store??

You could get into trouble - only time will tell...it's easy to see the trouble the old link can cause

If you succeed at what you're thinking of doing there might be no income at all for the both of you, never mind taxes.

he can claim that he is doing this for you and just take a small cut,I think you have to issue him a form if it exceeds a certain amount(1099??)
