When you open new PayPal with different name but use on same website?

Hi Guys,

I got permanent limitation from PayPal.. When I called the customer service to ask the reason, they told me that the reason was log-in from Turkey (PayPal does not support in Turkey)

I just purchased VPS and open a new account and company on my wife in Georgia. I'll use it on my same website (don't want to change it). I did not have any problem like fraud with PayPal. Do you think that this will be fine? I don't want to get limitation again.

Please let me know.
