The best way is to agree with the claim and settle it by giving them a refund if they return the item. Sellers seldom win these claims, and even can lose their items. Many times, Paypal will refund the money to the buyer, without requiring a return. Why take the chance?
It all depends, is the item vero? If yes than I agree with Tmiles, If not than you have a much greater chance of winning. What was the item? I have won a few that I never expected to just based on professional replies and what catergory the items were in.
