Hey guys, i dont post much on here, things have been going well with all my accounts, however, i just got 5 paypals limited in the last 24 hours. Anyone have any idea why? They all got the same email titled:

Take action on your PayPal account. (Ref ID –

Why is your account limited?
We want to confirm that the information in your PayPal account is accurate as we noticed some suspicious activity in your account.

To ensure that your account remains secure, we need you to take action on your account.

We've also temporarily limited certain features in your PayPal account.
Currently, you won't be able to:

Send money

Withdraw money


They are all stealth accounts, separate dedicated ip's, separate users, viscocity etc.

The ebay's are still good on these.

Im scared :(((

I just had 10+ of mine limited in the past 24 hours with that same exact message. They are all asking for the same thing: photo id, proof of address, bank statement, and proof of SSN...Something is going on.....and it is not looking good.

true, thought it was "their" identification number for the reason, didnt think was personal, not sure how to change it, i guess it doesnt matter now, its dead

well crap ... that is a lot worst then me. I hope it doesnt continue.. Why do we have to deal with this. Why cant life just be simple, take the money, give the item, done deal, have to jump through so many hoops, its just becoming not worth it.

Update: The few PayPal's I didn't get that message on, I withdrew money from, and 2 minutes later I got hit with the same email and document requests. WTF is going in here?

One of my accounts that got the message i have not used or logged in for months... It was also a business account. The others that got blocked had nothing wrong with them, everything shipped on time, no claims, always had 30% money left in them...

No, all my pp are from EU, not US. If your acc not limited forever but just want docs you can try to fight for it

I cant verify because they are stealth. I have tried verifying once before and it was a lost cause, once limited, forget it, not worth the time and energy, just move on... worst will be if they limit ALL my accounts

If your accs are aged, with good history IMO better would be to try fix them. Stealth acc also could be verified:)

They are asking for confirmation of a social. Can we do that on stealth accounts?

Same issue happened to me 5 days ago they limited my account asked for id and bank statement i gave them in 2 days account was restored and yesterday again limited again asking for same info already sent them documents and id was accepted bank statement still in progress we will see...
account is stealth.

this limitation means you used a proxy.

It is not a hard limitation and can be removed by the support even without providing the documents.

If they ask for bankstatement, creditcard statmenet, id and proof of adress it is ALWAYS because they do not like your IP and it is usually not hard to pass this limitation as they do not inspect your ID carefully.

Do not confuse this limitation with the EU limit where they ask for ID and proof of adress but not bankstatement or creditcard statement.

Also do not confusre it with a limitation for items you sell. In this case they ask for ID, Invoice, tracking, and information about transaction.


This limitation what you have can also be 2 random things you have to provide out of those which i mentioned above. so for example proof of adress+bankstatement (without id or cc statement).


Avoid to use VPN or proxys on paypal accounts or this will always happen (can happen after 3 years even if you never change the ip)

Not legally possible

What if you didn't use any proxy's and STILL got this problem? I also have the exact same reference ID which is how I found this.

Subscribed for future .... :( Hopfully everything will back to normal.... This **** happens with asian accounts too :(

I believe that's VPN causing this issue.
But if you can use your family/friend info instead of stealth info, then you can still make this through.

Not seen anything like this on my paypal accounts. I also don't use a VPN.
