Paypal 24-72h withdrawal hold - is this ok?
 

Hello everybody! I tried to withdraw few $ from few my pp accs. all EU based.
~50% times I got red msg that withdrawal on hold for 24-72 hours. I remember few years ago I already have this situation, but this days all was good till today. Should I worry or not?

did you sell something?
did you upload tracking?
is it high risk item?
24-72 hours is 1-3 days,they usually release the money 3 days after tracking shows delivered.

money already was released. They even was not on hold. I got this situation years ago, and all was good. Just want to know maybe something changed

Do not worry. It is a usual practice for paypal now. All withdrawals are pending for 72 hrs on all my new stealth accounts. Withdrawals will be instant after several months when you build a good transaction history.

There is nothing to worry except there are some unusual activities on your account.

It's usual that sometimes they put the withdrawal to manual review from 12 to 72 hrs. Only 1 time I had a case where the withdrawal was refused (I received in very short time few large payments and wanted to withdraw). I waited few days, try again and then I was able to do it.

No should worry,you will receive money after 72hours normal.

you'll be fine. This is pretty normal. Just wait it out.

I have it from time to time aswell. even on accs which recived over 40k already. sometimes it is instant somtimes 24,48 or 72h. I think it depens on the IP you use.


Edit: I just added a new bank account to a new paypal (around 10 days old) and instantly requested a withdrawn of 500 EUR, leaving 20 EUR on the account. i was not asked to confirm the phonenumber or did not get any delay. So it is pretty random
