Can I create US Bank to link to my PayPal (Non US Citizen)

Hey guys,

I am looking to create a bank in US to withdraw my funds from PayPal (Or even pre paid credit card that I can use).

If anyone can recommend me one i will appreciate that so much.

I did try few companies, unfortunately they don't work well (Payonner, transferwise).

Probably you are making some errors during application because payoneer should work. With Payoneer you can create a virtual US account from wherever you are.

You need a social security card and US address to open a US bank account online.

If you create an account on payoneer you can then get a US bank Account.
And you need to add payoneer into paypal you need call the support.
