PayPal money stuck in this account
 

Hello all.


I bought a eBay and PayPal account in March from here and it’s been 6 months and the money is still being held. What is the situation I contacted PayPal about 5-4 months ago and she said when 180days are up u will be able to transfer the money and still no luck.

The situation seems fairly clear to me so I'm not sure what the question is.

180 days are up and you likely have to contact paypal to allow for the transfer - hope it works out

Did you submit documents to deal with the limitation?

Tell me your side of the limitation please.

depends on where the money comes from,it could be more than 180 days

Yes I sent in docs and they rejected them and they put my account on permanently limit. So when I contacted them first for this account she said to me this account is useless because off limitation so I asked her about the money and she said it will be released in this month 1st.

That doesn't make sense, they rejected the docs but said that you can get it out this month?

Do you still have a bank account attached to the account?

Paypal reps often do not know what they are talking about.
180 days is for any chargeback or Paypal dispute

That’s true she wanted me to get off. I know it’s for chargebacks to keeps buyers safe. It’s been over 6 months now so I think I’m going to call back or send them a email.

Ask them if you can give them a withdrawal method, may that be bank or whatever works in your country. Then if they say yes, withdraw it.
