Do PayPal Blacklist Physical Addresses?
 

When my current PayPal got banned it was in the new address that I was using since 2017. I have a old address which I cant recall if i ever had use this address for PayPal or not, it's been 3 years. Wondering if I can use for new PayPal account.

how many paypal accounts do you have?
if you can log into thos accounts,you can check your address.
Paypal never delete any Paypal account,

If I remember correctly I have 3. One is closed by my self 3 years ago and one I forgot the email and the latest one got banned. I don't think any of the account has the address still linked, but it's possible sometime in the pass the address was temporary on one of my PayPal account.

address itself is not enough to suspend an account,like in apt buildings,there are always people moving in and moving out.
Someone here said he wlll add like #10,or suite 345 etc

It's a house address. I got new phone, new info and it's been 3 years. Hopefully it will workout.

Give it a shot and work slow on the account.

Don't use it as your primary account for a while until you are pretty sure it's good to use.
