Paypal payment problem / please help me
 

Hello
I just sold item on ebay and recieve payment.
They need my ID and receipt from supplier.
I sended them all and it was confirmed and my holded money was released.
Now the problem is that when ever i want to buy something on ebay or other websites i cannot buy it for more than 10€. If i buy it lets say for 9€ it will work, but anything more than 9.99 wont go trought.
Same thing is happening with sending money as friends or family and also as services.

What could be wrong here?

Usually this request happen because the item you sold was high risk or was for large amount. Out of normal for your usual activity.

Do you think that if i contact paypal they could solve this or i will need to wait some time before i could withdraw or send more than 10€ ?

I just tried to withdraw to my credit card and i got this message: (Do you think i can even expect the money?)

If your PP will be limited in this 3 days - you will not get this $. If you are trying to withdraw 1 payment, and it will be disputed - you will not get this $. Otherwise you will get this $$

My paypal has been limited after i recieve that payment and after sending them id and receipt was everything ok and also funds were released.
Item hasnt still been recieved by buyer, becuase im sending it overseas.
I didint withdraw full ammount but only 10-15% of it and buy some items on ebay for 2-3$ each.

You should contact supporter,
They will review and give you a solution, it is best to call them

Do you think that is good to call from skype phone number?
Becuase call to USA will cost me alooot :D

Thank you for your kinds words rsot and everyone that is helping me with this case.
May i just ask if somebody is ready to solve me this case and withdraw it money to my credit card or maybe sell it for criptocurrency and i will give you some percentage?

Can maybe anyone share experience with that kind of experience and maybe some trick or solutions to this kinds of akward limits.

if this were USA,then you need Paypal cash account ,which would ask for your Social security number and date of birth,but you are in France ,so dont know what it wants from you>
or may be just wait till item is delivered?

Account is located in France yes

I just got this email for withdraw action and i need again to give my ID and proof that i send item. I send them both again, what i could expext now?

180 days limited, becuase they need to protect any financial loses!!??!?!?!??!
I really dont understand.
And after 180 days i will get email that i can withdraw my money.

did you sell high risk high price item?
and shipped overseas so it would take longer to deliver?
and your account is new ,?with little history?
and you are anxious to remove the money?
3 days after tracking shows delivered,you can try calling them again.

It was hand made wooden case for vintage playing machine.
I put it on auction on co.uk and fr ebay but none was interested.
And i try also on .com where i got pretty nice offers.
It sended overseas with expres dellivery which i pad 30€ and insurance for package.
I sold id, becuase i need money for my expensies.
Im gonna try to call them again when i got feedback from buyer.
