Question about stealth pp and addresses

I have a question can I add another address to my paypal and another email.

The address would be a out of country one my paypal is us.

Would this limit or kill my account ?

we are allowed multiple email addresses per Paypal account.
It is still just one account,there is just one $$ balance.
I dont think you can add a foreign address to your paypal account

It's still not a good idea with a stealth account that you're trying to avoid attention with, but good luck nonetheless.
