Cashing out Stealth PP for Bitcoin without getting limited by PP - advice needed
 

I have several non-US stealth PP accounts with $400-$450 in each, with the funds sitting there for over three weeks, and all the PayPal accounts are several months old.

My only option of withdrawal is to trade this for bitcoin.

Bitcoin sellers only accept payments as Friends&Family.

Can anyone who has experience with this type of scenario please suggest a safe method of paying these sellers without getting my PPs limited?
How do I split the payments so as not to trigger a limitation?

you can connect a USA account to every paypal by simply calling them. USA accounts are easy to get and many banks support to have multiple accounts.
I recomend you to get a USA bank account instrad of buying bitcoins

I'm not from the US and I dont think it's possible to open a US bank account from outside the country.
Correct me if I am wrong

Or are you referring to a virtual bank account? Still, it's not possible to withdraw money to a vba r8
