Paypal US, asking SSN for accept a payment (10$)
 

I recive 10$ in the paypal, but off ebay.
So, for accept it paypal is asking me ssn, birth day etc.
What i can do? and when i start sell in ebay, that will happen again?

It will always happen unless you have the DOB and SSN for it.

And if, i recive a ebay payment, for recive it 100% paypal will ask me again the ssn or not?

You will need to provide exactly what they ask.

Currently, Paypal US account requires a claim to use.
You need to enter the last 4 digits of SSN, when accurate and successful claim, you can use your normal account.

But i haven't it, is a paypal bought it here with a Ebay, so, if i recive a payment from ebay, the payment will be restricted too? or i can try to change where the money will go to another paypal, and dont use the paypal linked in the ebay for not get a limit a affect the ebay account.

The answer is yes. It will happen every time you receive payments to the paypal account.
If you do NOT provide them with that info the ONLY thing youll be able to do with the payments received is withdraw them to your own US based bank account which you will have to add to that paypal account.
If you do NOT have such a bank account then this paypal is useless to you.

Okay, and if i write another paypal for recive the payments? in the part when you're listing the item in ebay?, so, only use the paypal linked in the ebay for that, for only be there without use, because if the paypal can be limited for payments in the future, the ebay will be affected too.

if you are not in USA,then dont use a US Paypal account,you dont have SSN,US BANK ACCOUNT

you are doing it wrong , if you want to use the PayPal you purchased on Ebay you should notify the seller before placing the order

Using a different country's paypal with your ebay can be problematic at best.

NO! Anyone that offers a paypal with sSn is a scam and you'll get in trouble.
That's illegal.

THe only way you can do this is to withdraw the funds to your bank.

BTW, please change your country flag to where you actually live. It'll make it a lot easier for us to advise you
