PP Mail: Please request a balance transfer, upload a letter of request signed by you
 

hello
my limited pp completed 180 days and just received Funds are Eligible for Withdrawal mail.

account already has a bank acc but it has problems. so i can't use it.
i called pp to add a new bank account.
but they rejected because of security issues as they told.
and they sent mail about that i need to send a signed letter to them

mail title: Please request a balance transfer, upload a letter of request signed by you

Mail inside:

BALANCE TRANSFER

Subject: Transfer to Another PP Acct
Amt:
From: (originating Acct #) -(email address)

To: (destination acct) -(email address)

Request Details:

signature

is it safe or anyone has experience about this?
and do i still have any change to add new bank acc?

ARE YOU sure this email is from PAYPAL?
how is sending fund to another Paypal account solve your problem?
forward this email to spoof@paypal.com,they will tell you if it is from them

they sent mail after my phone call
also i wrote receiver pp as my other stealth one.
actually i heard this solution offer from them before but at that time they asked also receiver pp holder's ID
but this time not.
mail arrived from service@paypal.com

this form is not for you,you want to add a new bank account.
So you have to ask them

It is quite easy to find out of the email is from paypal by checking the the senders email is from paypal.<any domain>

It is impossible to spoof a mail from paypal because they use a signature in the mail. so if your mail is from paypal.<any domain> it is fine. make sure it is not paypaI for example.

if they refuse to add a new bank account it might be because you recently updated your number. did you change your number on the paypal account and deleted the old one recently?

actually not changed number, they don't wish to remove security check to add new bank account.
i don't understand the reason

Have had the same problem with one of my PP accounts.

Sended the letter - but nothing happened!


The mail is from PP! And in my eyes its only a new way to hold our money.

i received mail again 3 days ago says:
Your request for a transfer is currently in review. Once your request has been reviewed by one of our specialists, we'll contact you by email.

still waiting for transfer if it will really happen

after 2 months, pp made balance transfer to another pp as internal transfer.
it was my third and last paypal acc that provided to them,
first 2 provided accs already got limited
pp says limitation is not about this request but they both got limited after i provide for this transaction
so, be careful about this action also
