I've been looking and it doesn't seem like it's affecting my accounts.. but PayPal is sneaky with hiding this information. I can't tell yet

today i chatted up paypal and they informed me they are still refunding the payment fees and will keep doing so. Maybe they didnt implement it after all

HAS ANYONE TRY TO GO THRU THE MOTION OF REFUNDING AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS?
Paypal usually shows you how much would come from Paypal?

I just went thru the motion of refunding a buyer,it looks like what I am not getting back is the 30 cents transaction fee,
But then in its refund policy,Paypal stated-
If you refund a payment for goods or services, there are no fees to make the refund, but the fees you originally paid as the seller are not returned to you. The amount of the refunded payment will be deducted from your PayPal account.

im confused so now some people claim nothing has changed and some have...why is paypal always some black magic crap. So wats the verdict i wont be doing refunds till tuesday.

try going to Paypal forum or Ebay seller forum and learn more.
When the policy was first announced,there were some lengthy discussion .
some argue it is unfair,some said Paypal has done its job,why should it refund its fee?
If I am an Uber eat driver and deliver food from a restaurant to you,it turns out to be bad ,should Uber -eat refund its delivery fee?

why dont you go and find that transaction and go thru the motion of refunding,on the next page,it will show you how much Paypal is refunding,just dont confirm it
