Aceptable user policy
 

Under the Acceptable Use Policy, PayPal may not be used to send or receive
payments for items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right
of publicity or privacy, or any other proprietary right under the laws of
any jurisdiction. This includes transactions for devices that allow
domestic video game consoles to play back-up or import versions of games,
such as mod chips, game enhancers, boot disks and methods that allow
multiple digital television receivers to access subscription television
services.

devices which allow us to watch subscription TV services.
devices which copy movies .
I know in ethnic towns,you can go to a store which rents /sells dvd movies and ask them to make copies of your favorite movies,they gladly do so for a fee.

Is this a new policy ? so basically Paypal seize all your funds after the account is limited and keep that money ?

because some of us have never heard of this policy,never pay attention to it or never bother to understand how it affects our selling.
This is one of those 'things' we pay attention to when it hits our pocket book.

the only excuse Paypal can do so is that it could be liable,like Fed Exp cant deliver prescripion drug we bought overseas? or FDIC insured banks cant accept deposit from cannabis shops?
or MC/VISA cant be used to buy certain drugs?
