hello guys i need help about my temporary limitation!
 

1.I've made my account using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address and i've got temporary limited because i kept changing my details and now it asks me to provide identity card .
2.what is the impact on your account?
Today
-close paypal account X - i believe this had to do with -60 usd i have after a charge back on the account but im not sure, so if im gonna pay that back and close the account will it be fine using the other account
-receive money or payments ✓
-pay using paypal ✓
-refund money to customers ✓
-send money or payments ✓
-withdraw money from paypal ✓
-add money to paypal account ✓
-add a card ✓
-remove bank account ✓
-remove card ✓
-update your profile ✓
-display paypal logos on site or auction ✓
-convert currencies ✓
The thing is the account is made on greece nationality and im romanian and i've used random details what should i do about id verification will the account get banned or perma limited if i dont provide the id and never use it again? I have one account that has everything different different and its made in my country so i can confirm id if the ask for it but i've used to same phone number to confirm my account creation i then realise and changed my phone and removed it from the first account before it got limited ,that's why im scared .
How bad is my situation and if i can solve i only need a good working paypal account with real info no stealth but im scared itll get linked to this greece account because of the phone number i've used and might get limited as a well but if that happens i can provide the id ,billing address or anything else they'll ask me to even the credit card on my name they all different.
Will i be safe on the other account or ill be banned?
Short story short i've used a paypal account without a problem until i got chargedback and then i changed my profile details and it got temporary limited and i cant confirm it with id, i then created a new paypal with my real info using my phone browser and mobile data with different ip and different details all except my phone number that i changed after but already verified first will my account get banned ?,i've never been perma limited or banned by paypal before just temporary limited as above.

Hi,
this is EU limit. you get this when you recive 1800 EUR. after 2500 EUR your account will be blocked completly.

it has nothing todo with the fact that you change your adress

make a new paypal account if you opened it on a non existing person

so i've calculated all my receiving and its a total of 1714 usd /eu for this year receive payment in usd and withdraw in euro i remember i modified the account details couple days before but i was on -80 usd and i decided to pay the debt but as soon as i got payed 13euro my account gave that limitation so i thought i got perma limited or something and decide to make a new account .
But im really worried that its a connection between this account with limit and the one i created a month ago because i've used the same number and verified but then replaced and verified with another phone number on both account ,but i know paypal stores everything.
