Paypal Permanent Limit But Ebay Still Okay
 

Hi,

I am an Ebay Seller. Last week my Paypal got permanently limited, but my Ebay account is still okay (not suspended).

So, I create a new paypal account with new identity, new phone and new card (personal PP account). Before I link the new paypal to my Ebay account, I change my Ebay's email same as new Paypal's email. I also change my Ebay ID.
Then, I link new paypal to my Ebay.

I got 4 items sold after I link it to Ebay but after a week, my Paypal got permanent limited again.

So, what is the potential reason the new paypal got limited?
Is it because the Ebay? or because the new paypal is still new?

Can I still use my Ebay account and link to new Paypal with different identity?

Please give me your opinion.
