PayPal is a third party ecommerce payment processor but also acts as a bank they handle a lot of fraudulent activity and have a system in place where there account holders have no rights to there funds if said account is unverified or making suspicious activity. You can use PayPal to send and receive money even if the account is unverified. But PayPal will set limits to unverified accounts like amount that person can send and the amount in the account that was received. PayPal terms of service prohibits any illicit activity and money laundering account holders are made aware to protect themselves from fraud and counterfiet merchandise.
PayPal has a policy for selling on ebay, your account doesnt have to be verified to sell on ebay but depending on your income you might get limited. You cannot sell counterfeit items of brands names ebay and PayPal have combined policy on counterfieting brands.. PayPal will investigate any suspicious activity on the account and limit account from sending and withdrawing funds. You can make. New account but you must understand that paypL keeps records of all ip addresses and cookies. They also keep email addresses and bank information ssn and id. If your account is terminated you can never use the same information to make another account. You can use same some information again like your name address and phone number because those are considered reusable pieces of information because it's slot of other people that share it. You can get another ip address from a dedicted vpn like ip burger or nord vpn. New PayPal accounts are required to have ssn and proof identity but you could use a family relative or buy someone else's. PayPal stealth accounts are easy and cheap.. |
