Is Paypal still able to take money out of your checking or savings?

This makes me wonder if it's worthwhile to verify an account or not. Unless even the action of adding the bank account but NOT verifying is still enough to allow them access.

I never had a problem with Paypal doing this to my accounts. For the most part, Paypal has been very good to me. Whenever I have a problem they settle it quickly. Customers like and trust Paypal, so it increases sales. And they're very proactive against 'hackers'. For the 6 years I've been using them. I give them a 91/100 for customer satisfaction.

BTW this post was initially deleted because it has already been answered elsewhere. Why do you repost something when you yourself already asked it elsewhere? and got an answer.

Because new evidence has come to light that I felt a revisitation is in order? Read other forums. You might be enlightened.
