Can i use friends and family payment?

Hey,so assume that I have 2 PayPal account,one account is registered with USA IP,so I can use the friends and family payment,and the other is registered in Asia,but the account not supporting the friends and payment option,so can I send money from USA account with the F&F payment option to my another Asian paypal account,if it doesn't support the F&F payment???

First off - you cannot send ANY payments unless the account is SSN verified unless the source of funding is a credit card or bank account.
Second - sending such payments ALWAYS attracts unwanted attention. You might get away doing it once or twice but keep doing it and youll get shut down.

if his US account is verified with SSN,he can send PAYPAL FUND as well.he can send friend and family overseas but it is not free,check it out on its site
