I have such a card and I have to use it as a credit card to get 1 1/2% rebate,as a credit card transaction,Paypal earns 2-3% and rebate me1 1/2 %,but if you use it as a debit card,I dont get any rebate as Paypal does not earn any fee.
so check out what is meant by eligible purchase.
1/2% in UK is low>we get 1 %,legacy account gets 1 1/2% .
Also you have to confirm the card,by calling a number or going online,I dont remember.
USPS will deliver the card in unmarked envelope,if it is stolen,the thief cant use it as it is not confirmed with your SSN,address etc |
